With the aim of providing a platform to offer the Elevate Broker Operating System and Services platform for real estate brokers, CoreLogic, a global property information, analytics and data-enabled solutions provider, has officially announced a partnership with Elm Street TechnologyLLC.

What is Elevate Broker Operating System and Services?

Elevate Broker Operating System and Services is basically an end-to-end solution that comes with several features like lead generation, premium websites, management services, social media management, CRM, mobile web solutions, client retention tools and blogging.

Commenting on the partnership, the President, and CEO of Elm Street Technology, Prem Luthra said, “CoreLogic has an incredible depth of unique property information and also a strong presence in the broker space that would arguably provide more perspective for agents and brokers.”

Luthra further added, “Both companies have a common dream for a unified end-to-end broker and agent marketing solution that  would drastically simplify the services and technology that are used by real estate professionals for the purpose of running their businesses.”

According to CoreLogic, the agreement signed would see the company serve as an authorized reseller, and in turn, will offer an incredible push through the Clareity DASH! platform to current broker clients.

The statement issued by CoreLogic’s Executive Leader of Real Estate Solutions, Chris Bennett reads as follows,“Both our companies have set ourselves on course for developing innovative solutions that minimize complexity for brokers and their agents.”

He further added, “With our Clareity dashboard and Trestle listing distribution solutions, we have already been streamlining and unifying a number of common broker tasks. Now with Elevate into the frame, we widen our offering to brokers even further.”
