1. Captain America: The First Avenger (2011)
Starting off the list we have, Captain America: The First Avenger. The film takes place during World War II, making it the earliest movie in the MCU’s timeline so far. Steve Rodger is just a kid from Brooklyn who wants to go on to fight Nazis during World War II but doesn’t have the right build to become a soldier.
He is selected for the Super Soldier program that transforms him into Captain America, we know and love. He is tasked with the duty to stop Hydra, a science division of Nazi, led by Johann Schmidt a.k.a Red Skull.
Available On:- Disney + and Blu-Ray
Review on Captain America: The First Avenger
Captain America: The First Avenger was released in 2011 and was a setup for 2012’s The Avengers. Chris Evan’s shined as Steve Rodgers a.k.a Captain America and it was a foundation for the friendship between Steve Rodgers and Bucky Barnes, which gets really important in the movies coming forward.
It was a really good attempt to introduce Captain America to the world, with some pretty impressive CGI to make Chris Evans look skinny, but it’s the later films that truly made Captain America a fan-favorite superhero for a lot of people.
Rating on Captain America: The First Avenger
Captain America: The First Avenger gets a rating of 3.5/5 stars
Fun Fact: Chris Evans had reportedly denied the role of Captain America multiple times before he finally accepted it. He didn’t want to be in a big action-superhero film fearing the change in his lifestyle.
2. Captain Marvel (2019)
Yeah, Captain Marvel from Marvel Studios, is not the most original superhero name, but it is what it is in the comics. Captain Marvel follows the story of Carol Denver, a Kree warrior who crash-landed on Earth. There she meets a younger and a two-eyer version of Samuel L Jackson’s Nick Fury.
Once crash landing on Earth, Carol Denver has a hard time knowing what’s true and what’s false.
Available On:- Disney + and Blu-Ray
Review on Captain Marvel
Captain Marvel was an average Marvel film but it raised a whole lot of unnecessary controversy, just like all controversies on the internet, but that didn’t stop Captain Marvel from breaking a number of records.
The film made over $1 Billion Dollars at the box office and is considered one of the better female-led superhero films. It was released between Avengers: Infinity War and Avengers: Endgame and that showed why she was an important addition to those films.
Rating on Captain Marvel
Captain Marvel gets a rating of 3/5 stars
Fun Fact: DC’s superhero Shazam was also once called Captain Marvel in the comics, this led to a legal battle between Marvel and DC back in the 1970s and DC had to ultimately give up the name and name their superhero “Shazam”.
3. Iron Man (2008)
The film that started it all. Although Captain America: The First Avenger is the earliest film in the MCU’s timeline, it is actually Iron Man that started the entire MCU. If Iron Man had failed then we probably wouldn’t have ourselves MCU!
Iron Man follows the story of the genius, billionaire, playboy, philanthropist, Tony Stark. When kidnapped by a terrorist group called “The Ten Rings”, Tony Stark gets to know that his weapons are being used for the wrong cause.
Escaping from thereby making himself his first Iron Man suit, Tony Stark decides to put an end to using his weapons of mass destruction and save the lives of the citizens.
Available On:- Disney + and Blu-Ray
Review on Iron Man
Iron Man was such a big risk for Marvel back then. Because back in 2008, Marvel wasn’t as big as they are now and Iron Man wasn’t a superhero many people know about (crazy to think about it now).
Along with all this, they cast Robert Downey Jr. as Tony Stark who was, let’s just say not a Hollywood favorite because of his drug abuse. But Iron Man proved all the naysayers wrong and was a box office hit!
It also paved the way for future Avengers films, with a small and simple cameo of Samuel L Jackson’s Nick Fury, with the words “Mr. Stark you have become part of a bigger universe, you just don’t know it yet. I am here to talk to you about The Avengers initiative.”
Rating on Iron Man
Iron Man gets a rating of 4/5 stars
Fun Fact: This was the first and last film of Terrace Howard as James Rhodey a.k.a War Machine. He didn’t join the second installment due to contractual problems and still blamed Marvel for this because later on in the films, Rhodey becomes an important character and is played by Don Cheadle.
4. Iron Man 2 (2010)
Iron Man 2 continues the story of Tony Stark after he told the world that he is Iron Man. He’s put on trial by the US government for using such advanced tech for personal usage. All this is done while he faces off against a new villain, Whiplash, and also has to find a cure for his disease due to his Arc Reactor.
Available On:- Disney + and Blu-Ray
Review on Iron Man 2
Iron Man 2 was a letdown for many people, including me. The film just felt really boring for the whole first half. It had some really cool action sequences but felt very much a setup for The Avengers as it introduced Natasha Romanoff a.k.a Black Widow played by Scarlett Johannson.
Rating on Iron Man 2
Iron Man 2 gets a rating of 3/5 stars
Fun Fact: Elon Musk makes a cameo as himself in the film.
5. Thor (2011)
Thor, the god of thunder. Marvel really made a god relatable in their film by literally bringing him down to Earth. Thor is banished from his home, Asgard, and finds himself on Earth. Here Thor tries to let loose of his ego, which banished him from Asgard and becomes worthy of his weapon, Mjolnir.
The film was also an introduction to Clint Barton a.k.a Hawkeye, who was then working under Nick Fury for S.H.I.E.L.D
Available On:- Disney + and Blu-Ray
Review on Thor
Thor was a challenge for Marvel because it was for the first time they actually stepped outside Earth and really expand the Marvel Cinematic Universe by introducing Asgard, a land of gods! But it did all this quite nicely in my opinion.
Thor is by no means the best Thor film but as an introduction film to such a new world, characters, and villains, it did a damn good job.
Rating on Thor
Thor gets a rating of 3.5/5 stars
Fun Fact: Tom Hiddleston, who plays Loki in the films and continues to play him, had originally auditioned for Thor and Chris Hemsworth’s real brother, Liam Hemsworth, was in a race of getting the role of Thor.
Chris had also auditioned for Thor but hadn’t got the role until he met Joss Whedon on the set of Cabin in the Woods (a great horror film btw) and he told him to give it another shot at the audition and then Chris got the role of Thor!
6. The Incredible Hulk (2008)
Iron Man wasn’t the only film in 2008 released by Marvel. They had also released The Incredible Hulk. The film follows the story of Bruce Banner who tries to replicate the Super Soldier serum which was used on Steve Rodgers.
He decided to use his try on the Supersoldier serum on him and the experiment goes wrong in all possible ways, making Bruce a giant big monster, The Incredible Hulk. The US government is after him and what happens next is the story of The Incredible Hulk.
Available On:- Netflix and Blu-Ray
Review on The Incredible Hulk
The Incredible Hulk is an interesting film because over here it was not Mark Ruffalo who played Bruce Banner but was Edward Norton! It had introduced the hulk to the MCU but this was the last rendition of this version of Hulk.
After this, it was Mark Ruffalo who was to be seen as the green monster in the rest of the MCU films. The film for a long time was not considered as a cannon to the MCU until Captain America: Civil War, where they brought back the character of Thunderbolt Ross.
The film was not as successful as Iron Man and had received average reviews from critics. Some fans still love this rendition of Hulk compared to Mark Ruffalo’s version, as they feel this Hulk was much more comic accurate.
Its villain, Abomination, also made a cameo in the latest Marvel film, Shang Chi and the Legend Of The Ten Rings.
Rating on The Incredible Hulk
The Incredible Hulk gets a rating of 2.5/5 stars
Fun Fact: The events of Iron Man 2, Thor, and The Incredible Hulk are set to take place in the same week in MCU’s timeline. This week is also called “Fury’s Big Week”.
7. The Avengers (2012)
Iron Man, Thor, Captain America, Hulk, Black Widow, and Hawkeye team up under Nick Fury’s The Avengers initiative to stop Loki, The God of Mischief from big an alien army, The Chitauri on Earth.
The Avengers was everything that Marvel was building up to in their Phase 1 films. It was a mega event that was never seen on the big screen ever before. It was a big risk by Marvel and they had handed the reigns to this franchise to Joss Whedon and the risk was proved more than worthy.
Available On:- Disney + and Blu-Ray
Review on The Avengers
The Avengers is one of my favorite Marvel films to date. The film still holds up to this date. It had some of the most iconic moments in MCU such as the amazing group shot of all the Avengers at the Battle of New York, Bruce Banner’s line “I am always angry” or Steve Rodger’s “Big man in the suit of armor, take that away what are you” to which Tony Stark replies “Genius, Billionaire, Playboy, Philanthropist”.
The Avengers, in my opinion, is the film that really made MCU what MCU really is and Kevin Feige, the head of Marvel Studios agrees with me on this. It’s a really great film with an iconic theme song and is my all-time favorite MCU film.
It also gave us our first tease of the Mad Titan, Thanos himself whom we later see in many films and turns out to be the biggest villain The Avengers have ever faced.
Rating on The Avengers
The Avengers gets a rating of 4.5/5 stars
Fun Fact: The Avengers at that time had the biggest opening weekend for any film in Hollywood, earning about $207 Million Dollars! The film held this record for 3 years in a row and now the baton is passed onto Avengers: Endgame which made $357 Million dollars in its opening weekend! Sheesh!
8. Iron Man 3 (2013)
Iron Man 3 continues the story of Tony Stark after the events of The Avengers where he almost laid down his life to save everyone. He is now suffering from PTSD and has to deal with a new villain “The Mandarian” who is the leader of “The Ten Rings”, the same terrorist group that kidnapped him in Iron Man 1.
Available On:- Disney + and Blu-Ray
Review on Iron Man 3
Iron Man 3 has a split fanbase and mostly that has to do with the villain, The Mandarin. Ben Kingsley really portrays a terrifying villain but what they do with that character in the second half of the film left many hard-core Iron Man fans unsatisfied.
Iron Man 3 is more about the man inside the suit, Tony Stark and Robert Downey Jr. really acted well in this one. They did try to change things with this one, it was the first Iron Man film not directed by Jon Favreau and it was a darker film than the rest of the MCU films.
I liked it but didn’t love the film personally but it is still a really good time at the movies.
Rating on Iron Man 3
Iron Man 3 gets a rating of 3/5 stars.
Fun Fact: Iron Man 3 was the last film on Robert Downey Jr.’s contract, so there was a pretty good chance that we might not have seen the continuation of Tony Stark’s story had he not signed another contract with Marvel.
9. Thor: The Dark World (2013)
Thor: The Dark World follows the story of Thor and Loki after the events of The Avengers. Loki is put in an Asgard prison for his crimes on Earth and Thor finds out about “the Aether”, a powerful reality stone that can bend reality to anybody’s will.
Thor must stop the Dark Elves from getting the Aether as they plan to use it for nefarious purposes.
Available On:- Disney + and Blu-Ray
Review on Thor: The Dark World
Thor: The Dark World is said to be the most troubled production, in terms of creative decisions and that shows. It is a messy sort of a film that doesn’t really know what tone it wants.
If Phase 1 of the MCU was about setting up the Avengers then Phase 2 was about setting up the Infinity Stones and Infinity Wars. It’s an enjoyable film, to say the least, but it is easily the weakest Marvel film and even Chris Hemsworth agrees on this.
Rating on Thor: The Dark World
Thor: The Dark World gets a rating of 2.5/5 stars
Fun Fact: Star Wars: Empire Strikes Back had the iconic scene where Darth Vader cuts off Luke Skywalker’s hand. Marvel wanted to honor this moment in all of its Phase 2 films where one character gets his hand cut off. In Thor: The Dark World, it’s Thor who loses his hand.
10. Captain America: The Winter Soldier (2014)
Captain America: The Winter Soldier was the Russo Brother’s debut Marvel movie and boy did they knock it out of the park on their first try. Captain America is now working with S.H.I.E.L.D, after the events of The Avengers, as a super-soldier of theirs.
During his one particular mission, he comes across an assassin called “The Winter Soldier” who is working for HYDRA, the same nazi terrorist group Captain America shut down in his first film.
With the help of Black Widow and Nick Fury, Cap must put an end to the plans of HYDRA and stop The Winter Soldier from carrying out HYDRA’s plan.
Available On:- Disney + and Blu-Ray
Review on Captain America: The Winter Soldier
Before this film, Cap was a good character but certainly not everyone’s favorite. But this film solidified him as one of the best superheroes in the MCU. Captain America: The Winter Soldier was the beginning of Steve Rodgers in the new world.
The Russo Brothers and the writers Stephen McFeely and Christopher Markus wrote and directed such a well-crafted spy thriller film, that had hooked you from its first scene. From the first action sequence of this film, you know that this is a much more powerful Captain America.
The action sequences in this are beyond insane and are filled with an adrenaline rush! Apart from that it also has a connective narrative thread from Captain America: The First Avenger that is woven so smoothly into the film, while introducing new characters like “The Falcon”.
Captain America: The Winter Soldier is one of the best MCU films present.
Rating on Captain America: The Winter Soldier
Captain America: The Winter Soldier gets a rating of 4.5/5 stars
Fun Fact: Kevin Feige hired the Russo Brothers for this film when he saw a paintball action scene they had directed for a sitcom show called “Community”.
11. Guardians Of The Galaxy (2014)
Guardians Of The Galaxy was a big risk for Marvel because no one had ever heard about them. It followed the story of a bunch of misfits Peter Quill, Rocket the raccoon, Drax, Gamora, and Groot who called themselves Guardians Of The Galaxy.
Together they try to stop Ronan The Accuser from acquiring the Power Stone that could decimate an entire civilization in one go.
Available On:- Disney + and Blu-Ray
Review on Guardians Of The Galaxy
Guardians are loved by a lot of people, so this would be a very controversial opinion but I find Guardians to be a mediocre film! It’s an alright film but for me, personally, all the jokes don’t land and the story is also kinda cliche.
I know I am one of 10 people on Earth who find the film mediocre at best, but maybe you are not one of them. It has a killer soundtrack though, I have to admit that!
Rating on Guardians Of The Galaxy
Guardians Of The Galaxy gets a rating of 3/5 stars
Fun Fact: Chadwick Boseman had auditioned for the role of Drax for this film and Karen Gillan, who plays Nebula, had originally auditioned in 2010 for the role of Agent Carter, Captain America’s love interest.
12. Guardians Of The Galaxy Vol. 2 (2017)
Guardians Vol. 2 takes place a few months after the events of the first Guardians film. After Peter Quill finds out that he is half-human and half-celestial, he finds his father, Ego: The Living Planet. Yes, an entire freaking planet is his father!
But things don’t seem as they are on the surface level and Guardians have to once again save the Galaxy twice!
Available On:- Disney + and Blu-Ray
Review on Guardians Of The Galaxy Vol. 2
Guardians Vol. 2 is, just like my controversial opinion about Vol.1, in my opinion, better than the first one. Here we really get to explore more about the backstory of all the Guardians and the jokes are limited but they, for the most part, stick to the landing.
Along with that, we get an ADORABLE Baby Groot and some new interesting characters like Mantis.
Rating on Guardians Of The Galaxy Vol. 2
Guardians Of The Galaxy Vol. 2 gets a rating of 3.5/5 stars.
Fun Fact: The opening sequence where we see Baby Groot dancing is actually the director James Gunn’s moves that were captured via motion capture techniques.
13. Avengers: Age Of Ultron (2015)
After the events of Iron Man 3, Thor: The Dark World, and Captain America: The Winter Soldier, the original Avengers come together once again. Here, Tony Stark dreams about a suit of armors around the world and he along with Bruce Banner creates an AI called “Ultron”, given the duty to make the world a safer place.
Ultron soon figures out that Earth’s biggest threat is The Avengers and goes on a path to kill them all.
Available On:- Disney + and Blu-Ray
Review on Avengers: Age Of Ultron
I was beyond hyped for Age Of Ultron, largely due to the fact that it was a sequel to one of the best comic book films to this date. It is one of those films that you walk out of the theatres after watching, you try to convince yourself that it was a really damn good movie.
But the more you think about it the more you figure out that it kinda wasn’t. I mean it is definitely good just not that great! The problem with it was that it had to set up so many things for Marvel Phase 3 that it forgot to be a good film on its own.
Looking back at it, you can clearly see various easter eggs that were later explored in other Marvel movies but in 2015 it all just seemed overloaded. It introduced some great characters like Vision, Scarlet Witch, and Quicksilver but it sort of failed to live up to the expectation.
It actually made Joss Whedon not direct the next two Avengers films or anything for that matter, it kinda broke him.
Rating on Avengers: Age Of Ultron
Age Of Ultron gets a rating of 2.5/5 stars.
Fun Fact: Age Of Ultron is Marvel’s most expensive film to date with a budget of almost $500 Dollars, it made over $1.4 Billion Dollars and was still considered a box office disappointment.
14. Ant-Man (2015)
Ant-Man follows the story of Scott Lang a divorced father who is also a thief. Once he decides to rob the house of Hank Pym and finds a suit. The suit gives him the ability to shrink down. The suit is a very powerful tech and many people have an eye on it for various nefarious purposes.
Available On:- Disney + and Blu-Ray
Review on Ant-Man
Ant-Man was a good time at the movies. It was a fun movie and introduced a new world in the MCU, the quantum realm, which plays a key part in moving forward in the MCU. It introduced some new and fun characters and was genuinely a good light-hearted film.
The story of the film shared a lot of similarities with Iron Man and a lot of people were quick to point it out. Ant-Man was the last film of Phase 2 Marvel movies.
Rating on Ant-Man
Ant-Man gets a rating of 3.5/5 stars
Fun Fact: Edgar Wright, the famous British director, was originally supposed to direct this film but due to creative differences he had to leave the project.
15. Captain America: Civil War (2016)
After Sokavia was destroyed in Age Of Ultron, the government from all across the world decided to put The Avengers under the government’s jurisdiction. This bill was called “The Sokovia Accords”.
This bill split The Avengers, Tony Stark chose in favor of this bill after realizing the destruction his creation “Ultron” made.
Whereas Steve Rodgers aka Captain America is against the bill as he knows from his experience in Captain America: The Winter Soldier that the government can be corrupt and if they sign onto the Accords then they would lose their right to fight the battles that a corrupt government doesn’t want them to fight.
Meanwhile, The Winter Soldier is on the run as well, so Cap has to fight off half of The Avengers and the government cause of the Accords and track down The Winter Soldier as well.
Available On:- Disney + and Blu-Ray
Review on Captain America: Civil War
Captain America: Civil War brings back the writer and directors from Captain America: Civil War (who go on to write and direct the next two Avengers films as well) and they somehow topped their previous work.
Captain America: Civil War is such a well-crafted movie, it juggles so many characters and stories with such ease. You understand both Tony’s and Cap’s sides of the argument. It is a very emotion-heavy film as well because it tears The Avengers apart.
On top of a great story, Civil War has some of the most intense, brutal action sequences in the MCU. The Airport Battle quickly became a fan favorite. And to top it all off, Civil War introduced Black Panther and brought Spider-Man back in the MCU!
It really showed a different perspective to these epic superhero battles that the Avengers fight which makes us think that they are saving a lot of lives, but those actions also take many lives as well.
Civil War is an incredible film, it could have very easily felt overloaded like Age Of Ultron but it didn’t. It was existing and heartbreaking at the same time and left the MCU in a very unique place.
Rating on Captain America: Civil War
Captain America: Civil War gets a rating of 5/5 stars!
Fun Fact: Kevin Feige, now head of Marvel Studios, had almost quit working for Marvel Studios because of this film. He was getting many creative restrictions for this film by his superior Isaac Perlmutter. But Disney’s CEO, Bob Iger, stepped in and gave Kevin Feige a promotion, making him a superior of Isaac Perlmutter instead.
16. Doctor Strange (2016)
Stephen Strange is a famous neurosurgeon, he is rich and has a good lifestyle. But all that changes once he gets into a terrible car accident where he loses the ability to use his hands. He searches for all medicines to repair his hands and in this search finds the Ancient One.
Through the mystic arts, Stephen Strange learns to heal his body and begins his journey as The Sorcerer Supreme where he tries to protect Earth’s reality from different unknown entities.
Available On:- Disney + and Blu-Ray
Review on Doctor Strange
Doctor Strange introduced real magic in the MCU and did this in a fairly nice attempt! Doctor Strange opened up a whole new world in the MCU and Doctor Strange became a pivotal character in the fight against Thanos.
It also introduced the Time Stone in the MCU, leaving just one Stone; The Soul Stone to complete all Infinity Stones for the Infinity Wars. It’s an honest attempt but not the strongest Marvel film.
Rating on Doctor Stranger
Doctor Strange gets a rating of 3/5 stars.
Fun Fact: For the accident scene Marvel actually crashed a real Lamborghini Huracan because Lamborghini gave Marvel 6 cars for the film and insisted that they crash one for the scene.
17. Black Panther (2018)
After his father’s death in Captain America: Civil War, T’Chaka returns to his hidden country Wakanda to be named the King of Wakanda. He now wears the mantle of the King and Black Panther but he soon finds out the wrong deeds his father as a King made long ago.
Through this film, T’Chaka tries to become a great King of Wakanda by undoing the wrong deeds his father made and also opening up Wakanda to the rest of the world.
Available On:- Disney + and Blu-Ray
Review on Black Panther
Black Panther was a cultural phenomenon when it was released in 2018. It was appreciated by a lot of people to portray African Americans with such dignity and pride. The film is also really good but not the best from Marvel Studios.
For the first half, you really don’t know where the film is headed but it really starts to shine from the second half where Michael B Jordon’s villain Killmonger takes control of the film and delivers one of the best Marvel villains.
It’s a good film with fantastic performances by the Late Chadwick Boseman as King T’Chaka and has one of the best soundtracks and costume designs ever put in an MCU film.
Rating on Black Panther
Black Panther gets a rating of 3.5/5 stars
Fun Fact: Black Panther is the only MCU film to have won any Oscars Awards. It won for Best Costume Design, Best Production Design, and Best Original Score. It was also nominated for Best Picture, which at that time was the first Comic Book movie to do so.
18. Spiderman: Homecoming (2017)
After Tony Stark recruited Peter Parker to fight against Captain America in Captain America: Civil War, Tony becomes Peter’s mentor. Peter finds out about a business using alien tech to create weapons.
He tries to warn Tony about it but Tony puts it aside as he still thinks of Peter as a “kid”. Peter decides to bust the business on his own and prove himself to his mentor Tony Stark that he can be an Avenger too.
Available On:- Netflix and Blu-Ray
Review on Spiderman: Homecoming
Spiderman: Homecoming was a delight to watch, it was sweet and simple and it really created a great bond of a mentor and mentee between Tony and Peter, which becomes extremely important in the coming Marvel films.
It was considered the best Spiderman film at that time after Spiderman 2 and it really brought the wall-crawler back home.
Rating on Spiderman: Homecoming
Spiderman: Homecoming gets a rating of 3.5/5 stars
Fun Fact: Tom Holland was the fastest any actor has ever gotten cast for a Marvel movie, this was due to the fact that Marvel had already started shooting Captain America: Civil War when Spiderman’s copyrights came back to Marvel. So, they really needed an actor quickly to shoot the sequences of Spiderman in the film.
19. Black Widow (2021)
After helping Steve Rodgers escape in Captain America: Civil War, Natasha Romanoff is declared a Federal Fugitive and now she is on the run. In this journey, she finds her other family.
Together they try to take down the Red Room where she got trained to be an assassin and stop Red Room from making more Black Widows.
Available On:- Disney + and Blu-Ray
Review on Black Widow
Black Widow was a late film and everyone agreed upon that. It was released after Avengers: Endgame where her character’s journey was completed. But as a film overall, I personally like it.
It had the same spy/thriller tone to it that we had seen in Captain America: The Winter Soldier and had pretty good action sequences and character moments. If it was released before Avengers: Infinity War and Avengers: Endgame, then this film would have had succeeded more.
Rating on Black Widow
Black Widow gets a rating of 3.5/5 stars.
Fun Fact: Scarlett Johansson had sued Disney for breaching her contract with releasing this film on Disney+. Disney tried to fight dirty but in the end, had to give up and lost the case.

Review on Ant-Man and The Wasp
Ant-Man and The Wasp is a fun and simple film, it is not as good as the first one and can act as a forgetful movie.
Rating on Ant-Man and The Wasp
Thor: Ragnarok gets a rating of 3/5 stars.
Fun Fact: Ant-Man and The Wasp marked 10 Years of the Marvel Cinematic Universe.
21. Thor: Ragnarok (2017)
After having visions of the Infinity Stones in Avengers: Age Of Ultron, Thor goes on a journey of finding out what they are and who is the puppet master behind it all. In this journey, he also meets his sister, Hella, who had been banished by Odin.
Hella throws Thor to the outskirts of the Universe and claims the throne of Asgard. Thor lands in Planet Sakaar, there he meets Hulk, and together along with Loki and some new characters, Thor tries to save Asgard and stop Ragnarok: The End Of Everything.
Available On:- Disney + and Blu-Ray
Review on Thor: Ragnarok
Thor: Ragnarok did to Thor’s character what Captain America: The Winter Soldier did to Cap’s character, it revitalized Thor as a superhero. Thor: Ragnarok is ridiculous and colorful in all sorts of ways, it’s Marvel’s first true Comedy film.
Thor: Ragnarok made Thor an actual God Of Thunder, something which we hadn’t seen in a long time and was a breath of fresh air in the MCU. It’s a really good time at the movies considering the fact that around 80% of this film is improvised.
Rating on Thor: Ragnarok
Thor: Ragnarok gets a rating of 4/5 stars.
Fun Fact: Thor: Ragnarok is Quentin Tarantino’s favorite MCU film.
22. Avengers: Infinity War (2018)
The beginning of the end. After being teased in multiple films, the Mad Titan, Thanos himself, decides to set his plans in motion by searching for all six Infinity Stones. If he gets all six Infinity Stones he could wipe out half the universe with a snap of his finger.
The Avengers along with all the other superheroes the MCU had established so far come together, putting aside their differences, to stop Thanos from achieving his end goal.
Available On:- Disney + and Blu-Ray
Review on Avengers: Infinity War
Avengers: Infinity War is brought by the same team behind Captain America: The Winter Soldier and Captain America: Civil War and they delivered once again! Avengers: Infinity War is the culmination of all the storylines in the MCU so far!
Infinity War had so many characters and heroes that it is mind-boggling how that film floats and you don’t feel its runtime. The great way the writers and directors of Infinity War managed all the heroes were by not focusing on one particular hero but choosing to focus on Thanos and give us one of Marvel’s best villains.
Thanos is the lead character in the film, he has the most screentime and you learn about him and his mindset in this film. It was such an enthralling experience to see all the superheroes in one film and it ended with such an amazing cliffhanger, that still gives me the chills and has my jaw dropped.
It’s was an insane juggle of stories and characters but Marvel managed to pull it off big time and it was a huge success, being the 4th film in the entire Hollywood to cross the $2 Billion Dollars mark at the box office!

Review on Avengers: Endgame
If you didn’t watch Avengers: Endgame in theatres then you probably missed out on the best theatrical experience of your life. Avengers: Endgame brings is the epitome of great comic book movies.
The film has such an emotional story and it treats its fans so respectfully by giving such a beautiful and satisfying ending to the Infinity Saga. If you have seen all the MCU films then you would probably leave the theatre crying your eyes out, at least I did and I have no regret.
It is a beautiful film by Marvel Studios and in my opinion their best film to date. It gives a satisfying ending to all 6 Original Avengers and also left enough potential for the next Marvel Phases.
Avengers: Endgame truly marks the end of an era.

Review on Spiderman: Far From Home
Spiderman: Far From Home was an epilogue to the Infinity Saga. It was certainly better than Spiderman: Homecoming but still wasn’t the best Spiderman film or the best MCU film. It’s still a good time and shows what the world must have been like after Avengers: Endgame.
It had one trippy scene though that really blew my mind off!
Rating on Spiderman: Far From Home
Spiderman: Far From Home gets a rating of 3/5 stars.

Review on WandaVision
WandaVision was the first step for Marvel Studios in many directions. It was their first web series rather than a feature film and it was also the first project to take place in Phase 4 of the MCU and they really started off strong.
WandaVision truly surprised me as to how good it was, except for the final episode. All the episodes were 30 mins long and they were 9 episodes in total and they really explored the backstory of Wanda Maximoff really well.
Elizabeth Olsen gave her best performance in the MCU and Paul Bettany as the Vision was also really really good. It was a pretty strong start for the MCU for their first web series and we also meet some old supporting characters from other MCU films.

WandaVision gets a rating of 4/5 stars.

Review on Falcon and The Winter Soldier
Falcon and The Winter Soldier was a really solid web series. It dealt with some really sensitive issues such as Racism and what it means to be a Black Captain America in this day and age and how The Winter Soldier is still haunted by his actions from the past.
Both Anthony Mackie and Sebastian Stan deliver powerful performances, combined with some MCU feature films level action sequences and you have a really solid and emotional web series.
Rating on Falcon and The Winter Soldier
Falcon and The Winter Soldier gets a rating of 3.5/5 stars
Fun Fact: The series was supposed to release in 2020, but due to the pandemic it was postponed. In fact, 2020 is the only year since 2009 where Marvel hadn’t released a single project of theirs!

Here Loki sets off on an adventure working with the TVA to stop an individual who is disrupting the flow of time.

Review on Loki
Loki the web series is beloved by a LOOOT of people and I am not one of them. To me, I found Loki to be the height of mediocrity. It has some cool moments here are there and some really good scenes but as a series, it is just so bland.
It focussed more on exploring the weird idea of the story rather than building a cohesive story in the first place. It’s messy as hell and the climax leaves you unsatisfied.
Rating on Loki
Loki gets a rating of 2.5/5 stars
Fun Fact: The show creator of the series, Michael Waldron, is also the writer for Doctor Strange in the Multiverse Of Madness.

Review on Shang Chi and The Legend Of The Ten Rings
Shang Chi is a fantastic Marvel film, it is light-hearted and fun brings a new element to the MCU i.e Martial Arts. The fight sequences in this film are unlike any fight sequences you have seen in the MCU.
The film as a whole is really really fun to watch and is a good family film as well. Also if you have the chance to watch it in 3D, do so. Because the 3D in this film was spectacular.

Review on Eternals
Eternals is Marvel’s first negatively reviewed film on Rotten Tomatoes. It has divided many fans and critics alike. Eternals is a thought-provoking Marvel movie and has a very character-based story.

Final note
Well, we finally come to the end of this list. But this is just till 2021, Marvel is not planning to stop anytime soon because they have over 31 projects that are under various stages of production as of right now. This concerns me a bit because it took Marvel 13 Years to make 31 projects and now they already have 31 projects being developed.
Not all Marvel movies are great, I agree, but almost all of them can be watched any time of the day. In 13 years Marvel treated each and every project of theirs with care and treatment because they weren’t mass-producing.
Now with Disney + they are under the pressure to release constantly shows on Disney + because frankly speaking, apart from Marvel and Star Wars, Disney doesn’t have anything much to offer for their streaming platform if you don’t include their originals like “Sneakerella”.
Clearly, Multiverse is the next big thing at the MCU but they are introducing so many new characters and storylines so quickly I am afraid that some people might tap out of Marvel.
I just hope that this Multiverse Saga is as good as the Infinity Saga and doesn’t get bogged down by Disney pressuring Marvel to produce content for their streaming platform. Because quality is always better than quantity and the Infinity Saga is a prime example of that.
