As I mentioned above, Picasa was one of my go-to applications when it came to sharing my photos and saving them. I was able to locate many of my different images stored on my computing device using Picasa.
The overall UI of the software was also quite smooth and fine-tuned, as well. The scrolling on the software was actually pretty remarkable and it was leaps ahead of any other photo sharing application that was present around that time.
It is a bit of a shame that Google decided to drop Picasa altogether, and I think that they both could have had worked pretty easily together while having different uses.
