This is a pretty simple and great feature as it reduces the task of manually copying the URL link of the video and pasting it on By Click Downloader’s software.
You also have the option of converting various video types to audio file types on this software as well, and many people would appreciate that as well.
What we didn’t like about By Click Downloader
By Click Downloader has some downsides to it as well. For starters, the overall software has a poor UI that feels like from a software that was released in the early 2010s.
Most people shouldn’t have a lot of trouble around it, but I can’t help to shake it off because there are a lot of websites and softwares present today that look and feel like a website and a software from today.
The second biggest con of By Click Downloader is similar to what iTubeGo also had, which is the software is only available to download and use on Windows devices and not on macOS devices.
I have no idea why these software makers are avoiding making their app compatible with Apple products; maybe Apple has a certain set of guidelines that they are not fulfilling.

However many flaws By Click Downloader may have, the truth remains the same, it is a software that allows users to download videos as per their liking.
You have the option to download videos up to 8K resolution with audio, which is something that you are not able to do on softwares like Keepvid.
Along with this, there are fewer complaints regarding the bugs on By Click Downloader than users have reported for Keepvid.

The overall software has many different things to talk about as well, so without wasting any more time, let’s get started.
What we liked about YTD Video Downloader
YTD is able to download various different file formats and videos from its software. All you need is the basic URL link of the video, and just like all the similar websites named above, this software also allows you to download your videos.
However, along with that, you also have added advantage of converting videos that are specifically designed for iPads and Android devices, making it simpler to share across different devices.
What we didn’t like about YTD Video Downloader
When it comes to cons, there are quite a lot of things that I didn’t particularly like about this software. YTD used to be a free site on it; you were able to get most of its list of features.
However, if you now want to download multiple different videos at the same time, you will have to choose its PRO model, which costs from $47.88 upwards, which is quite an expensive plan.
The overall UI of the software has also remained the same since I last used it, and it seems quite outdated for a software working today.
You also don’t get the option of choosing to download 8K videos from this software, and that is also a problem when it comes to downloading videos.
Why did we choose YTD Video Downloader as a Keepvid alternative?
YTD, as I mentioned above, was a software that I used quite a long time ago, and unlike Keepvid, the software is still going strong with not a lot of bugs reported by its users.
The overall software does have some cons to it, and if you are someone who is bothered by them, then I obviously don’t recommend you try it out as it wouldn’t be worth your time and money.

4K Video Downloader has a lot of things to like. First of all, the software is pretty quick and responsive, and its overall UI of it is fairly decent and looks a bit modern as well.
Here’s the thing that I really like about the software, it is available to download on multiple devices, such as Windows, Android, and even macOS!
After seeing three softwares that aren’t able to be downloaded on macOS devices, it seems nice to see a software that is able to get downloaded.
Along with this, the overall software can be used to download videos and audio as well, which is also a pretty great feature from its end.

There are not a lot of things to dislike about the 4K Video Downloader, but if I have to nitpick a few of those problems, then the main obvious problem is that you are not able to download 8K videos on this software.
Its name is ‘4K Video Downloader’, and it is the maximum level of resolution that you can get for the videos that you are downloading on this site.
Most people are now using 4K devices, and 8K is still pretty far-fetched when you compare all things, but it is still a con on the 4K Video Downloader’s side, and it is something that you should know about.

4K Video Downloader is a great alternative to Keepvid. You get a better-performing software when compared to Keepvid; along with this, you get 4K videos with audio in them.

As I mentioned above, there are a lot of great things to talk about Unitube; first of all, just like the 4K Video Downloader, you are able to download the software on your macOS devices as well.
Not only that, it has a web-only software as well, so you don’t have to download the software, and you can very easily use all of its features from your browsing software as well.
Along with this, you are able to download 8K videos on this software and convert them into different types of resolutions as per your liking.
The overall UI of this software is also pretty clean and simple to understand, and on that level also, this software works pretty well.
You also get the option to download various subtitles from this software as well.
What we didn’t like about Unitube by VidJuice
When it comes to disliking about Unitube, there are not a lot of things that people can dislike about it. It has overall great performance, and the software lets you download different types of videos as well.
However, if I have to nitpick about something, then I will say that the software works well on computing devices that have greater performance in terms of their chipsets.
If you have an old computing device, which has Windows running lower than 7 or a macOS that is below 10.10, then chances are that you might not be able to use this software.

Unitube is everything that Keepvid could only hope for. The overall software is pretty powerful, and it downloads a lot of videos in different resolutions as well.
The UI of the software also feels a lot more modern, and its usage and performance aren’t something that Keepvid could keep up v(w)ith (geddit?).

Plus, it also has a better name than 4K video downloader as well.
It seems like I am finding alternatives for the 4K video downloader because that is the only software that comes close to this one, Keepvid other downloading softwares is way behind this one.

Viddly is a software that only works well for downloading videos from YouTube and not from other social media sites or websites, and that can be bothersome for a lot of people.
