Solution 2: Install the latest game patch

In my case it is stored in C:\Program Files (x86)\Ubisoft\Ubisoft Game Launcher\games\Tom Clancy’s The Division 2
Step 2) Right-click the file TheDivision.exe and click Properties.
Step 3) Open the Compatibility tab and select Change high DPI settings.
Step 4) Check the box besides Override high DPI scaling behavior and click Scaling performed by: Application. Then save the changes by clicking OK.
Step 5) Select the box besides Disable fullscreen optimizations and select OK.
Note: Ensure that Steam Overlay and Ubisoft Overlay is disabled.
Solution 6: Modify the paging file size
Sometimes The Division 2 crashes due to insufficient RAM, in such a case you can modify the paging file to see if it solves the issue. But first, you will have to check if the issue is actually caused by insufficient RAM. If that is the case then follow these steps to modify the paging files:
Step 1) Press and hold the Windows logo key and R simultaneously to open the Run dialog, then type control and select Enter to open Control Panel.
Step 2) Type advanced in the search box and then select View advanced system settings in the list of search results.
Step 3) From the Performance section click Settings.
Step 4) From the Advanced tab, select Change in the Virtual memory section.
Step 5) Tick the box beside Automatically manage paging file size for all drives. Then save your settings by clicking OK.
Note: Even if your PC has sufficient RAM, do not disable the paging file or modify it to 0 MB or a static value.
