ESPN Plus
Casual sports fans would love ESPN Plus as an alternative to Bally Sports. It is a lot cheaper than DirecTV Stream and hosts all out-of-market NHL games which makes it a must-have for hockey lovers. You can also get it as a part of the $15/month Disney bundle or the Hulu Plus Live TV package which makes it more economical.
ESPN Plus hosts soccer games like the La Liga games from Spain and Bundesliga from Germany and is home to even English soccer games such as the FA Cup, the Carabao Cup, and the EFL Championship. It covers Wimbledon and the US Open but does not have NFL football games or live NBA matches.

Amazon Prime Video is not really known for sports streaming but it does cover Thursday Night Football, WNBA matchups, and some Yankees games for those in New York. It also produces original content like the All or Nothing series which provides a behind-the-scenes look at various pro sports teams.
